9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Motion to sign second Pay for Use Agreement for 2018 140M3 AWD Motor Grader to replace the 2010 140M AWD (G34) Motor Grader and adopt resolution for pay for Use Agreement.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Update on various matters. Cancel/extend various taxes. Sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Idaho Department of Environmental Quality Grant Offer for regional sewer feasibility study. Motion to sign State of Idaho US Department of Agriculture Award of 2018 State General Fund Cost Share documents. Discuss Pacific NW Scenic Trail Meeting.
10:00 a.m.: Courthouse Maintenance John Buckley – Update on Courthouse maintenance projects.
10:30 a.m.: Solid Waste Department Superintendent Claine Skeen. Continued discussion regarding options for monitored sites and landfill.
11:00 a.m.: Restorium report. Discuss Restorium job classification matter.
11:30 a.m.: Indigent matters.
11:45 a.m.: Claims approval.
1:30 p.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student.

Chairman Dinning participates in IAC Legislative Committee Meeting Wrap-Up Conference Call from 9:00 a.m., to 10:00 a.m. (pst).
