County Civil Attorney - Update on various matters. Approve Certificates of Residency. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Request for Reimbursement #1 for the airport improvement project.
10:00 a.m.: Indigents 2016-22, 2016-27, 2016-28. Motion to sign the following: Contract for Jail Medical Services, Walter Merrifield Property Contract, Kevin and Amanda Merrifield Property Contract, Second Chance Animal Shelter Contract, City/County Dispatch Agreement, Office of Emergency Management Grant Adjustment Notice for the 2016 Emergency Management Performance Grant. Sign letter of support for Boundary Community Hospital’s grant application.
10:30 a.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student.

2:00 p.m.: Attorney Lynn Brooks – Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)f, to communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be litigated.
4:00 p.m.: Boundary County Airport Board, Rick Donaldson with RPA & Associates, Planning and Zoning Administrator John Moss – Discuss aspects of updating Boundary County Airport Master Plan.
