Monday, August 30, 2021

9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Motion to sign various documents associated with the Lease/Purchase Agreement with Columbia State Bank for a 2022 Western Star truck. Motion to adopt a resolution associated with the lease/purchase of the 2022 Western Star truck. ACTION ITEM.
9:30 a.m., to 10:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Discussion regarding fire access and fire hydrant for Roosevelt Place for Dayton Skrivseth’s application. Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to adopt resolution regarding the acceptance of Boundary County (only) refuse/garbage at the landfill and monitored dumpster sites. Motion to sign copier lease agreement for Assessor’s Office. Motion to sign the Construction Contract with American Road Maintenance for the pavement maintenance project at the Boundary County Airport. Motion to sign Findings and Decisions for Planning & Zoning Application #21-0126, Application #21-0132 and Application #21-114. ACTION ITEMS.
10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.: Conference call with Jennifer Roarke with the Public Defense Commission to discuss Public Defense Commission updates and matters regarding public defense.
11:00 a.m.: Indigent 2021-11. ACTION ITEM.
11:30 a.m.; Prosecutor Andrakay Pluid – Continued discussion on courthouse security. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.
1:30 p.m.: Parks & Recreation Board Chairman Rob Tompkins – Update on various Parks and Recreation related projects to include the grant for the 9B Trails system at Riverside Park, the grant pertaining to restrooms at Memorial Park. Possible update on tennis courts. Motion regarding the appointment and reappointments of Parks and Recreation Board members. ACTION ITEMS.
2:00 p.m.: Steve Moyer with North Star Surveying – Motion to sign the plat for Ruth Eckblad. ACTION ITEM.

1:30 p.m.: Restorium Administrator Karlene Magee – Restorium update.
