9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Discussion/possible motion to sign Change Order #2 for Kootenai Trail Road Repair (at Atkins Canyon). ACTION ITEM.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency, Cancel/Extend various taxes. Discussion/motion to update Economic Development Director’s USDA grant portal authorization and to send associated letter to USDA. Discussion/motion regarding transfer of GMC Dukw. Motion to sign corrected Certifications and Assurances, Attachment #1 for FY 2018 Highway Safety Grants for the Sheriff’s Office. Claims approval. Motion to approve and sign Commissioners’ meeting minutes. Discuss Fair Board’s request to increase rental fee for use of Memorial Hall. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Hearing to consider renewal of County Alcoholic Beverage License for year 2019. Indigent 2019-1 and 2019-3. ACTION ITEMS. Solid Waste Dept. Superintendent Claine Skeen – Update on matter involving compactor for the landfill. ACTION ITEM.
10:30 a.m.: Boundary Community Hospital CFO/CEO Craig Johnson and Hospital Board of Trustees Chairman Elden Koon - Hospital Matters Update. Possible motion regarding Hospital Advisory Board appointments. ACTION ITEM.
11:15 a.m.: Commissioners onsite visit of the Felsted property.
1:30 p.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student. ACTION ITEM.
