9:15 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency for Kristian Hinderlie and Jayce Helms. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes from the weeks of December 9th and 16th . Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Form from Ernest Sweetland. Motion to sign Decision Letter on Appeal of private road name. Motion to sign Juvenile Justice Annual Financial Report. Motion to sign Treatment Court Conference Request. Motion to sign written decision on File #24-0119, Martling Comprehensive Plan and Zone Map Amendments. Motion to sign written decision on File #24-0076, regarding appeal, Maverick, LLC, request for modification of conditional use permit for manufacturing business. Motion to Sign Section 16 Land Use Permit Renewal. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Discussion/Motion on employee question on CDL. ACTION ITEM.
10:30 a.m.: Dave Wenk, Noxious Weeds Superintendent; Discussion/Motion to sign ISDA 2025 Noxious Weed Cost Share Request and associated documents. ACTION ITEM.
11:00 a.m.: Executive Session 74-206(a) to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need. This paragraph does not apply to filling a vacancy in an elective office or deliberations about staffing needs in general.
11:30 a.m.: Quarterly Jail Inspection
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report.
