9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)f, to communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated, but imminently likely to be litigated, and 74-206(1)c, to acquire an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency, regarding the airport. Update on various matters. Motion to sign the following: Hangar/Ground Lease with Jack Offord & Lewis Wetzel, Idaho Dept. of Lands Reimbursement Request Form for Fire Safe Projects, Agreement with Stimson Lumber for access for snowmobile grooming & maintenance, Findings & Decision for Planning and Zoning Application #16-111 for Amendments to Land Use Ordinance 2015-2, and Engagement letter with County Outside Auditor for county audit. Cancel/extend various taxes. Approve Certificates of Residency.
10:00 a.m.: Dave Parker to discuss Northern Lights septic field for Hangar G. Motion to sign Idaho State Dept., Division of Aeronautics, Idaho Airport Aid Program State FY 17 Grant Offer for the Boundary County Airport. Motion to reappoint Boundary Community Hospital Board of Trustees. Indigents 2017-3.
10:30 a.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student.

10:00 a.m.: Indigent 2017-5. Discussion and motion to comment on the Boulder Creek Restoration project. Discussion and possible motion regarding Priority Landscape Designation for MA 5 & 6.
10:30 a.m.: Jessie Herndon with Mountain Waterworks, Boundary Economic Development Director Dennis Weed, and City of Bonners Ferry Mayor David Sims – Discuss sewer system feasibility.
