9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Motion to sign Annual Road and Bridge Financial report. Motion to sign Mileage Report to the Idaho Transportation Department. ACTION ITEMS.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student. Discussion regarding EL Internet’s discrepancy notification regarding Intermax. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to reappoint Waterways Board member. Adopt Resolution regarding unfunded mandate. ACTION ITEMS.
10:30 a.m.: Treasurer Sue Larson – Discuss property tax matters.
