9:45 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department. Discussion/possible motion to sign the Boundary Area Transportation Team (BATT) 2019 Designee Form. Discussion/possible motion to sign the Caribou Creek Bridge Replacement Reimbursement Closeout/Request. Discuss seeking funding for bridge repairs. ACTION ITEMS.
10:15 a.m.: North Bench Fire Department Board Chair Linda Fioravanti, Chief Gus Jackson and Three Mile Water District Board members – Discuss request to install hydrant at County Road and Bridge Shop and landfill. ACTION ITEM.
10:45 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters, discussion of Planning and Zoning Ordinance. Indigent 2019-7. Sign Request for Reimbursement #3 from Keller Associates for wastewater planning grant. Motion to approve grant funding proposal by Inland Forest Management for hazardous fuels treatment projects. Motion to adopt resolution establishing polling sites in Boundary County. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Motion to appoint Commissioner Cossairt as alternate for KVRI. Motion to reappoint Parks & Recreation Board member. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to install baby changing station in Memorial Hall. ACTION ITEMS.
3:00 p.m.: Boundary County Snowmobile Board Chairman/Snowmobile Grooming Board Jeff Urbaniak – Discuss grants and budget matters. Motion to reappoint board members. ACTION ITEMS.
