9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Discussion/motion to sign US Fish & Wildlife Service – Migratory Bird Permit 2021 Annual Report for the Riverside Road Improvement Project. Motion to sign the Federal Lands Access Program (FLAP) application for Myrtle Creek Bridge. Motion to sign Union Pacific Railroad Lease Agreement for Moyie River Road Guardrail project. Discussion/possible motion regarding Alta Forest Products proposed siding on Stagecoach Road. Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)a, to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent; Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student; and Idaho Code 74-206(1)f, to communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be litigated. Motion to adopt Resolution Establishing Commissioner districts. Motion to reappoint Fair Board and Planning & Zoning Commission members. Motion to adopt resolutions reappointing Planning and Zoning Commission members. Discuss request of Wayne Dyck to put in new water line. Approve extending vacation time overage.
