Chairman Dinning & Commissioner Kirby attends Boundary Economic Development Council Board meeting at noon at the Kootenai River Inn.
KVRI Board meeting at 7:00 a.m., in the Extension Office.

9:00a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student and Idaho Code 74-206(1)c, to acquire an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency. Update on various matters. Cancel/extend various taxes. Sign Certificates of Residency, Sign Bog Creek Road draft environmental impact statement comment letter. Motion to approve Commissioners’ meeting minutes. Discuss a Sick Leave Bank matter. Sign Soil & Water Conservation Commission Standardized Letter of Support for Boundary Soil Conservation District. Discussion/Motion to approve letter regarding invasive species check stations. Adopt resolution to increase Sheriff’s Office budget due to receipt of unanticipated revenue. Discussion/motion regarding Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILT) class action lawsuit to opt in. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board meeting. Motion to sign Ambulance Service meeting minutes. ACTION ITEM.
10:30 a.m.: Kootenai Tribe of Idaho Administrative Director Rhonda Vogl, Patty Perry and Bonners Ferry District Forest Ranger Kevin Knauth – Update on Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative matters and Forest Service projects. Possible ACTION ITEMS.
11:00 a.m.: Boundary Economic Development Director (EDC) Dennis Weed – Update on EDC projects.
11:30 a.m.: Clerk Poston to provide update on State Insurance Commission matters pertaining to workers compensation.
