Monday, July 23, 2018

9:00a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Update on various matters. Cancel/extend various taxes. Sign Certificates of Residency. Sign letter to Idaho Dept. of Lands regarding interest in Armory building. Motion to approve Commissioner meeting minutes. Motion to sign FY2019 Idaho Public Safety Communications Commission grant application. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Treasurer Sue Larson – Quarterly update on county accounts. ACTION ITEM.
10:30 a.m.: Tom Chaney, Manny Figueroa and Ken Toline – Discuss Veterans Service matters. Possible executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student. ACTION ITEMS.

9:00 a.m.: Elected officials/department heads meeting.
9:30 a.m.: County Noxious Weeds Department report.
10:15 a.m.: Planning & Zoning Administrator John Moss – Discussion regarding Planning and Zoning member terms and posting Findings and Decisions on county webpage. ACTION ITEMS.
10:30 a.m.: Clerk Poston – Budget workshop.
11:00 a.m.: Clif Warren with SPOT – Budget discussion SPOT bus. Possible ACTION ITEM.
11:30 a.m.: Discussion/motion to sign In-Kind letter for Boundary County Victims Services. ACTION ITEM.
1:30 p.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code #74-206(1)f, to communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be litigated regarding Forest Service issues. Executive session to be held at Kootenai Tribal Headquarters. ACTION ITEM.
