9:00 a.m.: Road & Bridge Department report. Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student. Discussion/motion to sign Caterpillar financial documents for the second 140M Motor Grader and adopt associated resolution. ACTION ITEM.
9:30 a.m., to 10:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Discuss addressing, road approach & easement issues. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Claims. Discuss parking lot agreement for North Idaho College Building. Motion to sign letter to Department of Environmental Quality regarding sewer feasibility study project funding. Sign Findings & Decision for approach variance for Shem Johnson. Motion to approve and sign Catering Permit for A & P Bar & Grill. Motion to sign Independent Contractor Agreement with Forerunner Enterprises, Inc. Motion regarding new private road name of Dancing Lawn Way. ACTION ITEMS.
10:30 a.m.: Chief Probation Officer Stacy Brown – Probation Department report. Motion to sign the Memorandum of Agreement to Support the Community Based Alternative Services Program and the Substance Use Disorder Services Program. ACTION ITEM
11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m./noon: Dan Spinosa and Jared Yost with Innovate!, Inc. – Continued discussion/possible motion regarding addressing and proposed contract for services. ACTION ITEM.

1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.: Commissioners’ continued public hearing at the County Annex to consider Planning & Zoning Applications #20-072 and #21-033 for a Comprehensive Plan and Zone Map Amendment filed by LMJPNP LLC. ACTION ITEM.
