Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to approve Independent Contractor Agreement with NW Scales. Motion to sign SPCC Fuel Plan and AWOS Contract with All Weather Inc., for County Airport. Motion to sign letter to D. Byler. Discussion regarding workers compensation insurance for contracts with the county.
10:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board meeting.
10:30 a.m.: Patty Perry & Sue Ireland with the Kootenai Tribe of Idaho and Forest Service District Ranger Kevin Knauth – Update on KVRI and Forest Service matters, and update on Kootenai River Habitat Restoration Project.
11:00 a.m.: Solid Waste Department Superintendent Claine Skeen – Discuss quotes for baling metal pile at landfill. Possible motion to accept quote and sign Independent Contractor Agreement.
11:30 a.m.: Hospital matters update.
1:30 p.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student.
2:00 p.m.: Clerk Poston – Budget workshop. Discussion, possible motion to sign Addendum to Public Defender Contract.
