First Day Commissioners Meet at Board of Equalization.
9:00 a.m.: Road & Bridge Department report. Motion to sign ID Parks & Recreation Agreement form for Snow Creek Bridge Replacement Grant. Discuss land purchase. Possible motion regarding authorization to sign documents for land purchase.
9:30 a.m.: Motion to sign Addendum to Independent Contractor Agreement with Scales Northwest, Rural Idaho Economic Development Professional Grant, State of Idaho – Dept. of Commerce, and Boundary Economic Development Council; Approve Certificates of Residency. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to ratify signing the IDL 2015 Community Fire Protection Program/14HFR1-Boundary and Temple Deer Project Grant Requests for Reimbursement as time sensitive. Motion to appoint County Noxious Weed Advisory Board member. Adopt resolution to transfer remaining funds in airport grant budget to airport budget.
10:00 a.m.: Leatha Lockhart with Red Cross - Follow up meeting on memorandums of understanding for human shelters and animal shelters.
11:00 a.m. to Noon: Boundary Volunteer Ambulance Chief Jeff Lindsey – Discuss preliminary budget.
1:30 p.m.: Sheriff’s Office Administrative Deputy – Discuss matter regarding Sheriff’s Office vehicles.
1:45 p.m.: Indigent 2016-17. Discuss signing support letter for co-generation plant, possible motion to sign letter.
2:00 p.m.: Clerk Poston – Continuation of budget workshop.
6:30 p.m.: Westside landowner meeting at the Extension Office.
