9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Mike Sheppard Sr. - Discuss county road matter. Resident Skylar Roberts to discuss issues regarding Black Mountain Road.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Update on various matters. Motion to sign: Certificates of Residency, Agreement for additional parking near Waterways Building/Rock Point Boat launch, Vacation of Easement, Columbia Bank lease documents for Road and Bridge loader, and IDL Memorandum of Understanding for the Westside Dawson & Lower Kootenai River Watershed Restoration Projects and associated documents. Planning & Zoning Administrator John Moss – Discuss website. Motion to approve transfer of County Alcoholic Beverage license from CHS, Inc/Zip Trip to Par Hawaii, Inc., pending receipt of requirement documentation.
9:45 a.m.: Discuss request of Fair Board for county assistance in structural repairs.
10:00 a.m.: Decision on appeal for Indigent 2017-22. Indigent 2018-12, motion.
10:30 a.m.: Solid Waste Department Superintendent Claine Skeen – Continued discussion on status of Solid Waste Department monitored sites.
11:00 a.m.: Discussion/possible motion regarding court expenditure.
11:15 a.m.: Clerk Poston – Discussion/possible motion regarding ethernet.
11:30 a.m.: Boundary Economic Development Director Dennis Weed & Keller Associates Engineer Kyle Meschko – Continued discussion on regional sewer feasibility study. Discuss funding; possible motion.
11:45 a.m.: Claims approval.
1:30 p.m.: Chris Brigham – Hardship Exemption Application for C. Williams. Possible motion to sign Tax Cancellation form.
2:00 p.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student.
2:45 p.m.: Discuss status of Courthouse security detector.
3:00 p.m.: Airport Manager Dave Parker – Continued discussion on leases and equipment.

9:00 a.m.: Veterans Service members Manuel Figueroa & Ken Toline - Discuss various Veterans service matters.
3:00 p.m.: Idaho Association of Counties Legislative Conference Call for District 1.
