9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Discuss modification to 9B Voluntary Maintenance Agreement. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign CTEL Agreement for Sheriff’s Office inmate messaging system. Motion to accept estimate/piggy back bid for Zetron radio upgrade for Sheriff’s Office. Possible Board of Equalization matter. Discuss Memorial Hall. ACTION ITEM.
9:45 a.m.: Canvass presidential primary ballots from March 10, 2020 election. ACTION ITEM.
10:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board meeting. ACTION ITEM.
10:30 a.m.: Kootenai Tribe of Idaho Administrative Director Rhonda Vogl and Bonners Ferry District Forest Ranger Kevin Knauth – Update on Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative (KVRI) and Forest Service projects. ACTION ITEM.
11:00 a.m.: Restorium Administrator Karlene Magee – Restorium Department report.
11:30 a.m.: Airport Manager Dave Parker – Airport grant update. Discussion/Motion regarding independent fee estimate. ACTION ITEM.

KVRI Grizzly Bear Sub-Committee meeting at 5p.m. at the Kootenai Tribal Office.

10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m./noon: Commissioners’ continued public hearing at the Valley Event Center (VEC) at the fairgrounds to consider Planning & Zoning Application #19-177, amending Land Use Ordinance 9B18LOV2. ACTION ITEM. UPDATE: Public hearing venue has changed to Commissioners' Office and Commissioners will only address urban subdivisions. The hearing to consider remaining proposed amendments to Land Use Ordinance 9B18LOV2 has been postponed to April 14, 2020.
1:30 p.m.: Elected officials/department heads meeting.
2:00 p.m.: Treasurer Sue Larson – Update on county accounts.
3:00 p.m. Idaho Association of Counties legislative conference call for District 1.
