9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Motion to authorize Chairman/Acting Chairman to sign Western States/Caterpillar financial documents for CAT 323 Excavator. Motion to sign Justification/Sponsor Letter for Key No. 13419, Trout Creek Bridge. Possible executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)f, to communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated, but imminently likely to be litigated. ACTION ITEMS.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Discussion/motion regarding refinance of Columbia Bank lease for compact wheel loader. Adopt Resolution regarding Columbia Bank lease for 6452 Caterpillar model #906H2 compact wheel loader and adopt Resolution regarding disposition of records of the Treasurer’s Office. Motion to sign support letter for Boundary County Youth Crisis & Domestic Violence Hotline. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Solid Waste Department report.
10:30 a.m.: Discussion/motion regarding Planning and Zoning fees and Memorial Hall rental fees. ACTION ITEM.
11:00 a.m.: Courthouse Maintenance Department report.
11:30 a.m.: Discussion/motion regarding updating Zetron radio console at Sheriff’s Office and connectivity. ACTION ITEM.
