Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student. Discussion/possible motion to sign the Consultant Agreement for Kootenai Trail Road – Atkins Canyon Repair. Motion to sign agreement for Pay for Use Agreement.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Update on various matters. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign the following documents: Certificates of Residency, Contract with Panhandle Pest Control, Proclamation for National Police Week for Year 2018, Contract between Sheriff’s Office and Kootenai Tribe regarding the jail, SAM.gov authorization letter, and Commissioners’ meeting minutes.
10:00 a.m.: Motion to tax deed parcels with delinquent year 2014 property taxes.
10:15 a.m.: Chairman Dinning to provide update on Idaho Transportation Department in relation to the armory.
11:00 a.m.: Restorium report.
11:30 a.m.: Solid Waste – Continued discussion on budget scenarios. Motion to select quote for metal baling.
11:45 a.m.: Claims approval.

Chairman Dinning attends Kaniksu Over Snow Motorized Winter Travel Plan meeting today from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the Sandpoint Ranger District, 1602 Ontario Street in Sandpoint.
