9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report; Discussion/possible motion to go out to bid for a prefabricated bridge for Snow Creek. Motion to go out to bid for 2017 chloride dust palliative materials. Road and Bridge Department Superintendent Clint Kimball, Clerk Poston and Commissioners review of Road and Bridge Department budget. Motion to sign county’s intention to proceed for DEQ Wastewater planning grant funding assistance.
10:30 a.m.: Gary Leonard – Information on July Fourth Celebration planning. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to approve catering permit filed by Spirit Lake Resort for Mountain Mafia event.
10:45 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Update on various matters.
11:00 a.m.: Judge Buchanan, Trial Court Administrator Karlene Behringer, Judge Julian – Meeting to discuss upcoming year’s county budget.
1:30 p.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student. .
