9:30 a.m. to 10:25 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Discussion/motion regarding National Opioids Settlement Notice. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA, ARPA projects and possible motion to adopt ARPA resolutions. Motion to adopt resolution regarding disposition of Commissioners’ Office records. Claims approval. Motion to approve the Office of the Treasurer’s Certificates of Compliance for Potlatch No. 1 Federal Credit Union, Umpqua Bank and Mountain West Bank. Motion to declare Sheriff’s Office vehicles surplus. Motion to sign Jail Medical Contract for the Sheriff’s Office. ACTION ITEMS.

2:00 p.m.: Paradise Valley Fire District Commissioner Andrew O’Neel – Discuss ARPA funding request from Cabinet Mountains Water District, South Boundary Fire Protection District and Paradise Valley Fire District. ACTION ITEM.
2:30 p.m.: Phil Allegretti with Panhandle Pest Control – Discussion regarding West Nile Virus mosquito surveillance program.
3:00 p.m.: Motion to appoint Kayla Riek to the Boundary County Parks and Recreation Board and appoint Scott Hittle to the Boundary County Airport Board. Motion to adopt Resolution 2023-37A amending Resolution 2023-37, authorizing the sale of surplus county property at public auction. Motion to sign Management Representation Letter from Scott Hoover, CPA., regarding county audit. ACTION ITEM.
