9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Update on various matters. Discussion regarding new private road name. Discussion regarding per diem rates. Discussion regarding request for donation food box in the Courthouse. Cancel/extend various taxes. Sign County Extension Budget for the University of Idaho College of Agriculture Cooperative Extension System. Sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Idaho Office of Emergency Management 2017 Final Grant Adjustment Notice for the 2017 Emergency Management Performance Grant. Motion to sign County Annual Juvenile Justice Report to the Idaho Dept. of Juvenile Corrections. Claims approval. Indigent matters. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Public hearing to consider establishing new Solid Waste Fee and amending current Solid Waste Fee Schedule. ACTION ITEM.
10:30 a.m.: Kennon McClintock with The Nature Conservancy – Discussion regarding current Forest Legacy easements.
11:00 a.m.: Beth Holmes to inquire about a tax adjustment on property that burnt down. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.
11:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Discussion regarding a plat issue. Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)c, to acquire an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency. ACTION ITEM. Discuss Veterans Officer Salary and county surveyors contracted rate. ACTION ITEMS.
1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.: Continuation of public hearing to consider Planning & Zoning Applications #18-119, #18-120 & #18-130 to update Land Use Ordinance. ACTION ITEMS.
