9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Discussion/possible motion to sign Idaho Parks & Recreation Close-out Report for Snow Creek Bridge Replacement. Discussion/possible motion to sign the FY20 Local Rural Highway Investment Program Transportation Plan Update Application. ACTION ITEMS.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign Juvenile Justice Annual Financial Report. Motion to adopt resolution amending/updating the FY 18-19 Solid Waste Department fee schedule. Discussion/motion regarding ownership and transfer of the DUKW. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board meeting. Motion to approve meeting minutes. ACTION ITEMS.
10:30 a.m.: Kootenai Tribe of Idaho Administrative Director Rhonda Vogl and Bonners Ferry District Forest Ranger Kevin Knauth – Update on Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative matters and Forest Service projects.
11:00 a.m.: Restorium report.
11:30 Dick Staples with JRS Surveying – Discussion regarding boundary line adjustment & lien. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.
1:30 p.m.: Aaron Freudenthal with Public Defense Commission – Quarterly update on Public Defense matters.
2:30 p.m.: Nathan Williams – Discuss request to waive late fees and interest for property purchased at Sheriff’s sale. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.
3:00 p.m.: Discussion/possible motion regarding commenting in EPA hearing for Class 1 Air Quality Designation by Kalispel Tribe. ACTION ITEM.

9:30 a.m.: County Noxious Weeds Department Superintendent – Noxious Weeds Department report.
