Discuss process of advertising for advisory board members. Possible motion to sign Hangar Lease Agreement for Kevin McAlpin & farming leases with T&T Farms. Motion to ratify signing Release of Liability for tire removal at the landfill. Motion regarding nominations for GEM Plan member-at-large & Board of Trustees for District 1. Motion to reappoint advisory board members. Motion to sign Memorandum of Agreement for Jurisdiction with City of Coeur d' Alene. Possible motion to sign contract with Attorney Tim Wilson for legal services.
