9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney - Update on various matters. Approve Certificates of Residency. Cancel/extend various taxes. Discussion regarding open meeting law presentation. Discussion of elk mount, possible motion. Discuss Northern Lights’ request to remove unused power pole & equipment from county property, possible motion. Motion to adopt resolution declaring surplus property. Discuss commenting on USFS Starry Goat Project, possible motion to comment and sign comment letter. Motion to sign Idaho Dept. of Juvenile Corrections Annual Financial Report.
10:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board meeting.
10:30 a.m.: Kootenai Tribe of Idaho Facilitator Patty Perry and Forest Service District Ranger Kevin Knauth – Update on KVRI and Forest Service matters.
11:00 a.m.: Dave Kramer - Discuss Emergency Management and filling Emergency Manager position.
11:30 a.m.: Commissioners continued discussion on SPOT Program. Indigent matters.
1:00 p.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull to meet with Commissioners to discuss drug court questions, fines and fees owed to Boundary County, and the proposed memorandum of understanding with Red Cross and Humane Evacuation Animal Rescue Team (HEART) for use of fairground facilities during an emergency event.
