First day Commissioners meet as Board of Equalization.

9:00 a.m.: Road & Bridge Department report. County Jim Cowin to discuss issue regarding County Road 22C. Discussion/possible motion to sign 2019 Children’s Pedestrian Safety Program application for Naples Elementary School Pedestrian Safety Improvements. Discussion/possible motion to sign 2019 Local Strategic Initiatives Program application for Tobe Way & Plato Drive Improvements. Discussion/possible motion to sign the cost claim for the ERF248 Deep Creek Loop MP 1.1 Repair project. ACTION ITEMS.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Discuss guidelines regarding policies associated with Federal financial assistance. Motion to sign yearly Maintenance Agreement renewal with Valence for the Sheriff’s Office. Motion to approve/sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign USFS Law Enforcement Annual Operating Plan & Financial Plan/Exhibit A for year 2019. Motion to cancel/extend various taxes. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Indigent matters. POTENTIAL ACTION ITEM. Motion regarding recommendation of Addressing Committee regarding proposed private road names of Choo Choo Lane and Woodland Drive. ACTION ITEM.
10:30 a.m.: Jim Pamplin – Discuss tax matter relief. ACTION ITEM.
11:00 a.m.: Extension Office Educators Amy Robertson and Kate Painter – Update on Extension Office programs.
11:30 a.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.

6:00 p.m.: Commissioners hold special meeting with Moyie Springs City Council at the Boundary County Middle School cafeteria for the purpose of discussing amongst themselves information regarding the regional sewer feasibility study project.

Commissioner Kirby attends Boundary Area Transportation Team (BATT) meeting in the Bonners Ferry Visitor’s Center at 1:30 p.m.

Hospital Board of Trustees meeting at 10:00 a.m.
