9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Continued discussion/possible motion regarding Road & Bridge janitorial position. Discussion/possible motion regarding Alta Forest Products proposed siding on Stagecoach Road. Discussion/possible motion to sign updated Boundary County Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan for Roads and Bridges. Discussion/possible motion regarding submittal of Boundary County’s Local Rural Highway Investment Program (LRHIP) FY 23 Application for project to reconstruct and chip seal Brown Creek Road. ACTION ITEMS.
9:30 a.m., to 10:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Discuss letter received from citizen regarding county fair. Possible motion to go into executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Claims approval. Motion to sign 2021 Emergency Management Planning Grant ARPA supplemental. Discussion/motion regarding National Opioids Settlement Notice. Continued discussion regarding American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding. Discussion/motion to sign Parking Lot Agreement with Mountain Springs Church. Motion to approve volunteer list for the Restorium. Motion to sign Valence Agreement for Maintenance Services for the Sheriff’s Office. 1:30 p.m.: Commissioners’ public hearing at the County Annex to consider Planning & Zoning Application #21-193, for the Alta Forest Products request for a zone change and Comprehensive Plan change to industrial. ACTION ITEM.
2:00 p.m.: Commissioners’ public hearing at the Annex to consider Planning & Zoning Application #21-032, for the Eckblad Addition, primitive short plat. ACTION ITEM.
