9:00 a.m.: to 10:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Continued discussion regarding the National Opioid Settlement Notice. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to adopt year-end resolutions. Motion to adopt resolution regarding the disposition of Probation Office records. Motion to adopt resolution amending the Boundary County Personnel Policy - adding a new legal holiday to employee benefits. Discussion/motion to sign the American Rescue Plan Act 2021 Application for Federal Assistance for the Boundary County Airport. Motion to sign the Idaho Transportation Dept., Division of Aeronautics Grant Agreement-Idaho Airport Aid Program for State FY 22, FS Program No. F22865S and motion to adopt associated resolution regarding grant offer. Claims approval. Motion to approve New Private Road Name Request Form for April Rose Way. ACTION ITEMS.
10:30 a.m.: Treasurer Sue Larson – Motion to certify delinquent yield and deferred taxes, and drainage district, solid waste and translator fees to the property roll. ACTION ITEM.
11:00 a.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.
1:30 p.m.: County resident Tim Tucker – Discussion and request to abandon county road. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.
2:00 p.m.: Restorium Administrator Karlene Magee – Update on Restorium matters.
