Tuesday, October 24, 2017

9:00 a.m.: Elected officials/department heads meeting.
9:30 a.m.: County Noxious Weeds Department report.
9:50 a.m.: Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to cancel/extend various taxes & sign Property Tax Cancellation form for parcel #MH62N03E22481AA and #RP62N01W015550A. Indigent 2017-25, 2017-26, 2017-27 and 2017-28. Motion to sign Assignment of Hangar Lease/New Lease Agreement for Kevin McAlpin with Creative Commercial LLC. Motion to sign Security Services Agreement with Northern States Security & Investigations. Motion to sign University of Idaho Extension Budget.
10:00 a.m.: Public hearing to reconsider decision pertaining to Planning and Zoning Application 17-051, motion to follow.
11:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Discussion/possible motion regarding safety concerns for road name change and addressing issues.
1:30 p.m.: Solid Waste Department Superintendent Claine Skeen – Discuss department budget.
