9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Bid opening for county equipment fuel supply for fiscal year 16-17.
9:30 a.m.: Approve Certificates of Residency. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to adopt fiscal year end resolutions. Motion to sign Computer Arts, Inc., Contract Addendum A for Annual County Software License & Maintenance Fees. Motion to sign PAC/IDL Request for Reimbursement for the Temple Deer Project, Grant #15HFR1-Boundary. Motion to appoint Translator Board member.
10:00 a.m.: Treasurer Larson – Update on county accounts. Discuss amendment to Solid Waste Fee resolution. Motion to adopt Resolution amending solid waste fees.
10:30 a.m.: Executive session pursuant to IC 74-206(1)c, to acquire an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency.
11:00 a.m.: Executive session pursuant to IC 74-206(1)b, consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employer, staff member or individual agent, or public school student.
11:30 a.m.: Discuss Walter Merrifield property purchase. Discuss writing a letter of support of the Neighborhood Weed Program. Possible motion to write letter supporting Neighborhood Weed Program.
1:30 p.m.: Indigent matters. Discuss matter regarding wolverine process.
2:00 p.m.: Discuss status of Foreign Trade Zone Schedule of Fees and subzones.

Monday, October 31, 2016

9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Discussion and motion to select quotes for road salt.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney - Update on various matters. Approve Certificates of Residency. Cancel/extend various taxes.
