9:30 a.m., to 10:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Discussion/motion regarding National Opioids Settlement Notice. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA funds, ARPA projects & adoption of resolution regarding ARPA funds. Discuss request for ARPA funding from Skin Creek Water Assoc. Motion to adopt resolution regarding the disposition of Commissioners’ Office records. Motion to sign Request for Reimbursement #25 for Airport Improvement Project #017 for the Airport Environmental Assessment Project. Motion to approve quotes from Mike’s Electric for the Annex generator installation using ARPA funds. Discussion/motion regarding quote to purchase sally port for the county jail using ARPA funds. Motion to sign County Annual Juvenile Justice Report to the Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections. ACTION ITEMS.
