KVRI Board meeting at 7:00 a.m., at the Extension Office.

9:00a.m.: Road & Bridge Department report. Discuss easement matter on Gillon Road. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Update on various matters. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign the following: Letter regarding Terrorism Risk Coverage, Certificates of Residency, Idaho Office of Emergency Mgmt 2018 Subrecipient Agreement for 2018 Emergency Mgmt Program Grant, Idaho Office of Emergency Mgmt 2018 Subrecipient Agreement for 2018 State Homeland Security Program grant, Western States Standby Preventative Maintenance Agreement for Sheriff’s Office generator, Public Defender Contracts, Contract for Retainer for Conflict Counsel & Contract for Retainer as First Appearance Counsel, Sign/adopt resolution to increase FY 17-18 Justice Fund Sheriff Budget, Sign/adopt resolution dissolving Mosquito Abatement District. Approve/sign Commissioners’ meeting minutes. Motion to reappoint County Advisory Board member. ACTION ITEMS.

10:30 a.m.: Kootenai Tribe Administrative Director Rhonda Vogl & Bonners Ferry District Forest Ranger Kevin Knauth – Update on Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative matters & Forest Service projects. ACTION ITEMS.
11:00 a.m.: Commissioners’ road tour to view Garvin Williams matter along Farm to Market Road & matter regarding debris or items along Klockman Road.
2:00 p.m.: Veterans Services Organization members Manuel Figueroa, Ken Toline, Tom Chaney, & Veterans Service Officer John Tucker - Discuss Veterans Service matters & possible motion to go into executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student. ACTION ITEM.
2:45 p.m.: Fair Board Chairman Bert Wood – Discuss matters pertaining condition of fair building roof. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.
3:30 p.m.: Boundary Economic Development Director Dennis Weed, Deputy Clerk Nancy Ryals – Discuss invoices associated with regional sewer feasibility study.

Commissioner Kirby attends SPOT Board special meeting at 1:00 p.m.

9:00 a.m.: Elected officials/department heads meeting.
9:30 a.m.: County Noxious Weeds Department report.
9:50 a.m.: Motion to amend the Wildland Urban Interface Map. Motion to sign Real Property Lease with Kootenai River Lumber Company for overflow parking associated with use of the Waterways boat launch. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Public hearing to consider Planning and Zoning Application #18-128, for a zone map amendment. ACTION ITEM.
10:30 a.m.: Airport Manager Dave Parker – Discuss advertising for airport engineer for next five year period. Provide update/overview of status of airport matters. Discussion/motion to renew Airport Manager Agreement. ACTION ITEMS.
11:15 a.m.: Ron McIlnay – Discuss request for funding to bring Wall that Heals to Boundary County. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.
