KVRI Board meeting in the Extension Office starting at 7:00 p.m.

9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Bid opening for county fuel supply for fiscal year 2017-2018.
9:20 a.m.: Patty Perry with Kootenai Tribe of Idaho & Bonners Ferry District Forest Ranger Kevin Knauth – Update on Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative and Forest Service projects.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign Idaho Ofc of Emergency Management 2017 Subrecipient Agreement for State Homeland Security Grant Program & Memorandum of Understanding regarding State Use of 2017 State Homeland Security Program funding.
10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.: Indigent 2011-37 closed session.
10:30 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board meeting.
11:00 a.m.: Airport Manager Dave Parker – Discuss septic systems at the airport.
11:30 a.m.: Discussion/possible motion regarding letter of support for wildlife grant.
11:45 a.m.: Treasurer Larson – Discuss landfill closure funds. Quarterly jail inspection.

9:00 a.m.: Elected officials/department heads meeting.
9:30 a.m.: County Noxious Weeds Department report.
10:00 a.m.: Motion to sign Customer Agreement with Sportsites Inc., for the Boundary County Parks and Recreation Department. Motion to sign Idaho Ofc of Emergency Management 2015 Final Grant Adjustment Notice for 2015 Operation Stonegarden. Adopt resolution declaring county personal property as surplus and authorizing sale at public auction.
10:30 a.m.: Hall Mountain Firefighter/EMT David Adams – Discuss proposed EMS service in Hall Mountain Fire Department district.
11:00 a.m.: Restorium Administrator – Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student.
11:30 a.m.: Claine Skeen, Planning and Zoning Administrator John Moss – Discuss a matter regarding an easement on property.
