Possible motion to sign Contract for Jail Medical Services. Motion to adopt resolution regarding Veterans Memorial Hall. Motion to sign lease for Armory Building. Motion to sign Federal Aviation Administration grant offer for Airport Improvement Project #3-16-0004-014-2016.
10:00 a.m.: Solid Waste Department Superintendent – Discussion/possible motion to adopt resolution to increase Solid Waste Department fees. 10:30 a.m.: City of Bonners Ferry Mayor David Sims – Discuss various financial matters and special event permitting.
11:00 a.m.: Craig Johnson – Presentation on proposed two-year supplemental property tax levy. Possible motion to authorize the hospital to go to voters for two-year supplemental property tax levy.
11:30 a.m.: Economic Development Council Specialist Director Dennis Weed – Economic Development Program update.
1:30 p.m.: Cliff Warren with Selkirks-Pend Oreille Transit Authority (SPOT) – Discuss full membership of SPOT Board. Possible motion to sign Joint Powers Agreement for SPOT Program.

Commissioners attend opening ceremonies for the Boundary County Fair.
9:00 a.m.: Commissioners meet in special session for the purpose of meeting with Bureau of Homeland Security Director, Brigadier General Brad Richy to discuss general topics.
11:00 a.m.: Commissioners meet in special session for the purpose of meeting with Kimberly Simmons, Executive Director for the Idaho State Public Defense Commission, for introductions and to discuss general public defense matters.
