Boundary County has a fire located at mile post 5175 on Highway 95. Please avoid the area to assist first responders on the scene.

A unified command has been established at the scene including Boundary County Fire Agencies and Idaho Lands. Members of every agency in Boundary County are also involved as a support function.

The Rock Creek Fire is in a bit of a Canyon and is moving due to the high winds. Several homes have been voluntarily evacuated for the safety of occupants.

Idaho Lands have provided Air Support with rotary and fixed wing aircraft dumping water on the scene. Local and Idaho Lands fire fighters are building a fire breaks to contain the fire.

Please avoid the area.
