9:00 a.m.: Boundary County fiscal year 2020-2021 budget hearing in the Boundary County Extension Office. Motion regarding approval & adoption of Boundary County budget for FY2020-2021. Motion to adopt resolution regarding budget. Motion regarding foregone and motion to adopt resolution regarding foregone. Motion to sign L2 budget forms. Motion regarding budget to include expenditure of funds for all county leases to include Columbia Bank leases #1713908, #1822897, #2049363, #20288512. Motion to sign letters of intent for Columbia Bank for leases #1713908, #1822897, #2049363, #20288512. ACTION ITEMS.
9:30 a.m.: Ambulance Service District fiscal year 2020-2021 budget hearing. Motion regarding approval & adoption of Boundary County Ambulance Service District budget for FY 2020-2021. 11:00 a.m.: Public hearing for Restorium room fee increase in the Boundary County Extension Office. Motion regarding fee increase. ACTION ITEM.
1:30 p.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign Real Property Lease Agreement with Jake’s Landing. Motion to purchase doors for the armory. Discussion/possible motion to sign Agreements with the State of Idaho for Idaho CARES Act Broadband grant and sign contracts with broadband vendors. Motion to ratify signing the Rule Steel Container document for the Solid Waste Department. ACTION ITEMS.
2:30 p.m.: Sheriff Dave Kramer – Discuss CARES funding.
