Veterans Day Courthouse is Closed.
Tuesday, November 12, 2024 Chairman Bertling, Commissioner Robertson and Clerk Glenda Poston are in Moscow attending an IAC meeting. Commissioners met in regular session with Chairman Tim Bertling (on phone), Commissioner Wally Cossairt, Commissioner Ben Robertson (on phone) Clerk Glenda Poston (on phone) and Deputy Clerk Stephanie Sims.
9:39 a.m. Commissioners canvassed the ballots cast for the general election held on November 5, 2024. Clerk Poston informed the Commissioners that the abstract is a true and correct representation of the votes cast on November 7, 2024. Chairman Bertling moved that Commissioners of the county and the state aforesaid, acting as a Board of Canvassers of Election, do hereby state that the attached is a true and complete abstract of all votes cast within this county for the candidates and/or questions as they appeared at the election held on November 5, 2024, as shown by the records now on file in the County Clerk’s Office. Commissioner Robertson second. Motion passed unanimously.
Commissioners reviewed claims for payment. Fund totals are as follows:
