9:00 a.m.: Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes for the week of March 30th. Cancel/extend various taxes. Claims approval. Motion to approve change order #4 for Justice Building. Motion to sign letter to legal regarding audit. Motion to sign Airport Aid Grant Agreement with ITD for Project #AIP025. Motion to sign Resolution for state aid for Project #AIP025. Motion to sign Airport Aid Grant Agreement with ITD for Project #AIP027. Motion to sign Resolution for state aid for Project #AIP027. Motion to sign Airport Aid Grant Agreement with ITD for Project #AIP029. Motion to sign Resolution for state aid for Project #AIP029. Motion to sign Task Order 26-01 for Boundary County Airport (65S). Motion to reappoint George Hays as Director from Boundary County to the District #1 Animal Damage Control Board. ACTION ITEMS.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Update on various matters.
10:00 a.m.: Board of Equalization. Discussion/motion regarding Property Tax Exemption Application received. ACTION ITEM.
10:15 a.m.: Discussion regarding potential trade of property with Kootenai River Lumber Company.
11:00 a.m.: Janet Preston – Discussion regarding a need for an Ordinance concerning chickens.
11:30 a.m.: Restorium update.
2:15 p.m.: Human Resources Report. Executive Session 74-206(a) to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need. This paragraph does not apply to filling a vacancy in an elective office or deliberations about staffing needs in general. Executive Session 74-206(b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal, or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student.
