9:00 a.m.: Stephanie Chase – discussion regarding Agreement for Shelter Services with Second Chance.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Update on various matters. Executive Session 74-206(f) To communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be litigated. The mere presence of legal counsel at an executive session does not satisfy this requirement. ACTION ITEM.
10:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board meeting. ACTION ITEM.
10:30 a.m.: Discussion/possible Motion regarding late fees/interest on parcel #RP63N01E156001A. possible ACTION ITEM.
11:00 a.m.: Motion to sign Certificates of Residency for Spyridon Petras. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes from the week of May 11th. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to approve Proposal Request #26-0504 for Justice Building. Motion to sign plat map for Guardian Estates. Motion to sign Agreement with Idaho Parks and Recreation for OHV Program. Motion to sign Findings & Decision Letter for File #25-0127 Short Plat Subdivision. Motion to sign Findings & Decision Letter for File #26-0073 Short Plat Lot Line Adjustment. Motion to sign Independent Contractor Agreement with Bonners Ferry Glass for Energy Efficiency Grant. Motion to sign RFR #1 for AIP026. Motion to sign RFR #1 for AIP028. 2:15 p.m.: Human Resources Report. Executive Session 74-206(a) to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need. This paragraph does not apply to filling a vacancy in an elective office or deliberations about staffing needs in general. Executive Session 74-206(b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal, or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student. 10:00 a.m.: Cassie Olson, Admin and Boundary Soil Conservation District members – Discussion/possible motion regarding annual budget request. Possible ACTION ITEM.
10:30 a.m.: Public Hearing regarding fee increase for Airport Hangar/Ground Lease and Application Fee. ACTION ITEM.
