Commissioners' Meeting Minutes - Week of October 16, 2023

Monday, October 16, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., Commissioners met in regular session with Chairman Tim Bertling, Commissioner Wally Cossairt, Commissioner Ben Robertson, and Clerk Glenda Poston.

Commissioners said the Pledge of Allegiance.

8:50 a.m., Boundary County Historical Society Co-Treasurer Dottie Gray presented Commissioners with the Museums appreciation calendar.

Ms. Gray left the meeting.

9:00 a.m., Personnel Director Pam Barton joined the meeting briefly to discuss an employee matter. Ms. Barton left the meeting.

***Monday, October 9, 2023, Commissioners did not meet due to the Columbus Day Holiday.

***Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., Commissioners met in regular session with Chairman Tim Bertling, Commissioner Wally Cossairt, Commissioner Ben Robertson, Clerk Glenda Poston, and Deputy Clerk Michelle Rohrwasser.

Sheriff Dave Kramer and Undersheriff Rich Stephens joined the meeting.

***Monday, October 2, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., Commissioners met in regular session with Chairman Tim Bertling, Commissioner Wally Cossairt, Commissioner Ben Robertson, Clerk Glenda Poston, and Deputy Clerk Michelle Rohrwasser.

Commissioners said the Pledge of Allegiance.

Commissioner Robertson moved to sign Innovate Inc! Work Order #WO011 for Addressing Support for year 2024. Commissioner Cossairt second. Motion passed unanimously.

9:00 a.m., Boundary Community Hospital CEO April Bennett and Hospital Board of Trustees Chairman Paul Hazdovac joined the meeting.

Ms. Bennett and Mr. Hazdovac presented Commissioners with a letter pertaining to potential new board members to fill a vacancy.
