CHAPTER 1: TITLE, AUTHORITY, PURPOSE

Section 1: Title: This ordinance shall be known as the "Boundary County Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance," also referred to hereinafter as "ordinance."

Section 2: Authority: This ordinance is adopted pursuant to the authority granted to Boundary County, Idaho, per Title 67, Chapter 65, and Title 50, Chapter 13, of the Idaho Code and per Article 12, Section 2, of the Constitution of the State of Idaho, as amended.

AN ORDINANCE OF BOUNDARY COUNTY, IDAHO, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 99-06, BOUNDARY COUNTY ZONING AND SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE, TO ESTABLISH GRAVEL PITS AND QUARRIES AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN THE AGRICULTURE/FORESTRY ZONE DISTRICT AND TO DEFINE AN ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT.

WHEREAS, Section 67-6511, Idaho Code, does require that governing boards adopt zoning and subdivision ordinances and to establish standards and procedures for the division of property; and
