How to Request

Under Idaho Code, you have the opportunity to view or copy public documents.  If you would like to request documents, please complete and submit a public records request. In your request, please be as specific as possible so we can get you the information you are looking for in a concise and timely manner.

Court documents should be submitted to: courts@boundary.idcourts.gov

All other requests should be submitted to: publicrecordsrequest@boundarycountyid.org
