Airport Board Meeting Aug 5, 2025

Present: Pat Gardiner, Don Jordan, Jay Wages, Scott Hittle, Bob Blanford,
Trey Dail from Ardurra, Dave Parker, Airport Manager.

– July minutes approved, with correction of reference to copper prices being unstable concerning the Powerline Burial project. Motion by Bob, 2nd – Pat

-Grant for purchase of the home off the end of runway 20 is approved. Current owners will rent the home for $1800/month for 12 months with 6-month extension option.

-Update on Power Poles removal. An airspace review must be completed before grant can be received. Back log by FAA. Trey and Dave are looking at ways to expedite.

-The Idaho Transportation Dept grant, to be used on taxiways to hangers and a portion of the Powerline Project has been approved.

-Overview of Grant Status
The Runway Design grant has been approved and forwarded to the County Commissioners – $435,671. This will have a 2.5% match.

-Slope stabilization; Trey is meeting with the GeoTech people for further analysis.
