Meeting Minutes

***Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., Commissioners met in regular session with Chairman Ben Robertson, Commissioner Tim Bertling, Commissioner Lester Pinkerton, Clerk Glenda Poston, and Deputy Clerk Stephanie Sims.

At 10:17 a.m., Commissioner Bertling moved to recess as Boundary County Board of Commissioners and reconvene as the Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board. Commissioner Pinkerton second. Motion passed unanimously.

Chief Lindsey sent an email that he was unable to attend.

Commissioner Bertling moved to approve the minutes from the December 15, 2025 meeting. Commissioner Pinkerton second. Motion passed unanimously.

Due to Chief Lindsey’s absence, there was no further business to discuss.

Commissioner Bertling moved to adjourn as the Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board and reconvene as the Boundary County Board of Commissioners. Commissioner Pinkerton second. Motion passed unanimously.

The Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board will meet in special session on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners’ Office located in the Boundary County Annex, 6566 Main Street, Bonners Ferry, Idaho, for the purpose of holding their regular monthly meeting.

This notice is required as this date is not the normally scheduled date the Ambulance Service District’s Governing Board would meet.

10:00 a.m. Call to Order.

*Approve December 15 meeting minutes. ACTION ITEM.

*Update from Boundary Ambulance Service.
