Meeting Minutes
***Monday, February 3, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., Commissioners met in regular session with Commissioner Walt Kirby and Deputy Clerk Michelle Rohrwasser present in the office and Chairman Dan Dinning, Commissioner, Wally Cossairt and Clerk Glenda Poston participated in the meeting via telephone as they were in Boise attending the Idaho Association of Counties midwinter conference.
Commissioner Kirby moved to refinance the existing lease #20288510 through Columbia Bank pertaining to the 6452 Caterpillar model #906H2 compact wheel loader, Serial No. JRF00564, for a three year term at a fixed interest rate of 3.2% and to designate Chairman Dan Dinning as the signer of the new lease documents. Commissioner Cossairt second. Motion passed unanimously.
Commissioner Kirby moved to sign the audit letter for County Outside Auditor Leonard Schulte. Commissioner Cossairt second. Motion passed unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 9:05 a.m.
