9:00 a.m.: Courthouse Maintenance Department report.
9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: Motion to sign Certificates of Residency for Grithcel Miller. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes from December 30th. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Motion to sign RFF #3 Grant 22HFR1-Boundary. Motion to approve retiring officer equipment request. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Solid Waste Department report. Executive Session 74-206(b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student.
10:30 a.m.: Probation Office Department report.
11:00 a.m.: Boundary Economic Development Council (EDC) Director David Sims – Update on EDC projects.
11:30 a.m.: Restorium update. County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Update on various matters.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Discussion/Motion to sign Local Federal-aid STBG- Rural Program: 2025 Application for Parker Canyon Rd. Discussion/motion to sign Resolution for Parker Canyon Rd. ACTION ITEMS.
2:00 p.m.: Olivia Drake, Assessor - discussion on property tax exemptions.
3:00 p.m.: Discussion, review and possible motion of RFQ’s received for Safeway building. ACTION ITEM.
