9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Bill Wilson – Update on various matters. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Form for Mighty Showgun Drive. Motion to sign RFF#001 for FAA AIP 029 Grant. Motion to sign RFR#001 for FAA AIP 025. Motion to sign RFR#001 for FAA AP 026 Grants. Motion to sign lease agreements with BanCorp for four police vehicles. Motion to sign Contractor’s Application for payment and Change Order for RCIF 26-I-01 Project #D24050. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Solid Waste Department report. Motion to sign Air Curtain Incinerator Registration Form. ACTION ITEM.
10:30 a.m.: Probation Office Department report.
11:00 a.m.: Boundary Economic Development Council (EDC) Director David Sims – Update on EDC projects.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report.
2:00 p.m.: Human Resources Report. Executive Session 74-206(a) to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need. This paragraph does not apply to filling a vacancy in an elective office or deliberations about staffing needs in general.
