Monday, April, 12, 2021

9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Motion to sign finance documents for a 2022 Western Star 4700SF truck. ACTION ITEM.
9:30 a.m., to 10:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Motion to adopt resolution regarding county surplus personal property. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to reappoint Fair Board member. Claims approval. ACTION ITEMS.
10:30 a.m. 11:15 a.m.: Commissioners’ discussion to consider request to remove trees on county property on Tamarack Drive. ACTION ITEM.
11:15 a.m.: Discussion/Motion to sign Arbor Day Grant Award for Boundary County Fair Board. ACTION ITEM.
11:30 a.m.: Treasurer Sue Larson – Review quarterly report of county accounts. Motion designating local banks and credit unions. ACTION ITEMS.
1:30 p.m.: Solid Waste Department Superintendent Claine Skeen – Discussion/possible motion regarding operator position at the landfill. Motion to go into executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student.
