Monday, April 17, 2017
Commissioner Kirby attends Economic Development Council (EDC) meeting at noon at the Kootenai River Inn.
Chairman Dinning attends Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative (KVRI) Board meeting in Extension Office starting at 7p.m.

9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Discussion/possible motion to sign Professional Services Agreement for the design phase for Trout Creek Bridge project.
9:30 a.m.: Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to cancel/extend various taxes. Discussion/possible motion to continue the disaster/emergency declaration/Resolution 2017-14. Motion to adopt Resolution increasing Weeds Department budget. Discussion regarding grant match for the sewer feasibility study grant. Motion to sign IDL Memorandum of Understanding for the South Boundary Hazardous Fuels Reduction Project. Solid Waste Department Superintendent Claine Skeen – Review bids for baling metal pile. Motion to accept bid to bale metal.
10:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board meeting.
10:30 a.m.: Patty Perry with the Kootenai Tribe of Idaho and Forest Service District Ranger Kevin Knauth – Update on Kootenai Valley Resource Initiative and Forest Service matters.
11:00 a.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student.

9:30 a.m.: County Noxious Weeds Department report.
10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.: Public hearing to consider Planning and Zoning Application #17-051, a short plat subdivision filed by Joy Liljestam & Ted Ledlum.
11:00 a.m.: Treasurer Larson – Quarterly update.

Chairman Dinning attends Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) meeting today at 8:30 a.m. at the Kootenai Tribal Office.

Commissioner Kirby attends Selkirks-Pend Oreille Transit Authority (SPOT) Board meeting at 11:00 a.m., Ponderay City Hall Council Chambers.

Friday, April 21, 2017
IAC District 1 Meeting/Legislative Luncheon from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Coeur d’Alene Inn.
