9:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Motion to sign finance documents for a 2022 Western Star 4700SF truck. Discussion/motion to sign the Sales Agreement for the 2nd 2021 CAT 140M AWD grader. ACTION ITEMS.
9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to approve & sign the Fixed Base Operator Agreement pending final revisions & set effective date. Motion to sign Idaho Dept. of Lands Wildland Urban Interface Grant award documents for South Boundary Hazardous Fuels Reduction II grant project & Temple Deer II (#20HFR1-Boundary) grant project. 10:30 a.m.: Commissioners’ public hearing at the County Annex to consider variance to Road Standards Ordinance 2020-2 for Applicant Shem Johnson, Application #6-2021. ACTION ITEM.
1:30 p.m., Commissioners’ public hearing at the County Annex to consider application for a short plat filed by Bruce Ekblad. ACTION ITEM.
2:00 p.m.: Commissioners’ public hearing at the County Annex to consider application for a zone change filed by LMJPNP. ACTION ITEM.
