9:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign Appendix A. (Documented categorical exclusion-CATEX) from the FAA for airport improvement project for land acquisition. Economic Development Council (EDC) Director Dennis Weed - motion to sign contract from Panhandle Area Council for USDA Regional Sewer Feasibility Study Grant and motion to sign EDC Memorandum of Understanding. Discuss old docks once used at Rock Point boat launch; possible motion.
10:00 a.m.: Discussion and motion to sign Public Defense Grant Application. Indigent 2017-11 and Indigent matters.
10:30 a.m.: Discuss/set policy as to number/percentage of Medicaid residents at Restorium. Possible motion to set limit.
11:00 a.m.: Sheriff Dave Kramer – Discuss plans for covered exercise yard for jail. Possible motion.
11:30 a.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b- to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent.
6:00 p.m.: Special meeting - County Commissioners, Bonners Ferry City Council & Moyie Springs City Council meeting to discuss various projects.

11:00 a.m.: Solid Waste Department Superintendent Claine Skeen and Ellery Howard with JUB Engineering – Discuss Panhandle Health District letter regarding landfill operations plan and discuss future plans for the landfill.
2:30 p.m.: Teresa Chapman – Discuss matter regarding property dispute.
